Flat Wedge Salad Bar
We created a modern twist on an old favorite with our Flat Wedge Salad Bar. This unique take on the traditional wedge features crisp iceberg lettuce slices that provides the perfect surface to pile all the crunchy, cheesy, savory options so you dont miss a bite of deliciousness. Served with 6 toppings of veggies/cheeses/meat in glass vessels with our signature Balsamic Vinaigrette and/or a creamy blue cheese dressing.
